Consecrate yourself, your family, diocese, and country to the Eucharist!

“Consecrate yourselves today to the Lord. . . that He may bestow upon you a blessing this day.” (Exodus 32:29)

“Who else among you will contribute generously and consecrate themselves to the Lord this day?” (1 Chronicles 29:5)

“Consecrate yourselves to the Lord, for tomorrow He will do wonders among you.” (Joshua 3:5)

The Eucharist is God, Our Lord Jesus Christ!

Here is a prayer to express your devotion and dedication to Him:

PRAYER OF CONSECRATION TO THE MOST HOLY EUCHARIST

(short form)

Jesus, my Lord and my God,

truly present – Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity in the Most Holy Eucharist,

I believe in Thy Real Presence.

I love Thee above all things with all my heart, soul, mind and strength.

I thank Thee for giving Thyself and remaining with us in the Most Blessed Sacrament.

I worship and adore Thee profoundly.

I wholeheartedly consecrate myself entirely to Thee today

through Mary, Mother of the Eucharist and my mother,

Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament.

Amen.

PRAYER OF CONSECRATION TO THE MOST HOLY EUCHARIST

(long form)

Jesus, my Lord and my God,

truly present – Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity in the Most Holy Eucharist,

I believe in Thy Real Presence.

I love Thee above all things with all my heart, soul, mind and strength.

I thank Thee for giving Thyself and remaining with us in the Most Blessed Sacrament.

I worship and adore Thee profoundly.

I wholeheartedly consecrate myself entirely to Thee today.

I surrender myself completely to Thy goodness and Divine Mercy.

I firmly resolve to prepare to receive Thee in Holy Communion

with reverence and love, especially through the practice of the Catholic faith

and frequent reception of the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

I firmly resolve to fulfil my Sunday obligation.

Grant me the grace to also frequently receive Thee

at Holy Mass on weekdays;

and when this is not possible, to at least make a Spiritual Communion.

Come now into my heart in Spiritual Holy Communion.

I devote myself to Eucharistic and perpetual adoration.

Dear Lord, I pray for the establishment, expansion

and maintenance of adoration in parishes and Christian communities.

I firmly resolve to visit and adore Thee often

in tabernacles and exposed in monstrances,

and to make daily, weekly, or frequent holy hours

as my state in life permits.

Help me Lord to be a missionary of the Eucharist

by living a Eucharistic life and

by inviting others to Mass, adoration

and to embrace the fullness of the true faith.

Mary, Mother of the Eucharist and my mother,

Our Lady of the Most Blessed Sacrament,

intercede for me with thy Son for the graces to

assist devoutly at Holy Mass,

communicate worthily,

and lovingly visit and adore

Jesus in the Most Blessed Sacrament;

so that, day by day, my heart may become

more like His Eucharistic Heart.
