We Adore Him – Adoration scheduling software – only 1 or 2 coordinators needed!

As of 2023, almost 200 parishes use We Adore Him software to manage online sign-ups, adoration commitments, substitution requests, attendance tracking, and more!

Parishes can use We Adore Him for online sign-ups to start or expand hours of adoration.

Although your parish adoration schedule may already become completely covered just using WeAdoreHim, if parishes want or need to reach everyone attending Masses who may not want to sign-up online, they can still have and contact us for help with a traditional sign-up weekend to invite everyone to sign-up for a weekly hour of adoration (i.e. hand out and collect pencils and completed paper sign-up forms during all of the sign-up weekend Masses etc.). Then they will contact those interested to confirm their hour and manually input those scheduled adorers into WeAdoreHim (or send them the data to input to get you started). When you use We Adore Him, since people can sign-up online themselves and the program helps to find substitutes, the software may virtually eliminate the need for telephone calls!

A few of the features we love about it:

It provides you with a website so that at anytime people can sign-up for the hours you want new or more adorers for online.
It has a sub-finder that manages and spaces out requests (instead of broadcasts), and uses robust automated text, email and/or calls.
They have a Help Centre, personal service by telephone, an online Chat support and support articles.
It shows you at any time who is in the chapel.
They can easily import and set up all your adorers from a spreadsheet if you want to make a transition to this program.
Besides a website, they provide a QR code with a Monstrance for parish bulletin so people can sign-up that way too.
If you ever want to expand hours, there is an onboard mode to get adorers before you begin
This may eliminate the need for phone calls from adorers and for hourly captains.
It frees up coordinators so you have more time to pray etc.
